Macrame Pattern DIY Wall Hanging Tutorial - Celtic Knot "Infinity Ever Loyal"

This is for people who already knows the basic knots. To learn them go view my tutorials on basic knots. This video is sped up, but you can view it slower by changing the speed from the settings in the corner.

I used 5mm cord.

Ten pieces - 8 ft (245cm) long.

1) Using the 4 middle cords, grab the outside 2 and cross them over each other.
2) Make a double half hitch knot (DHH) over them with the 2 inside cords.
3) Pull the 2 outside cords outward until they all pull together tight.
4) Make 4 curved DHH knots in both directions using the cords you pulled tight.
5) Make a DHH knot the opposite direction with the 4th cord, bringing back in the circle.
6) From the middle, cord 9, make 4 diagonal DHH knots to the right.
7) Take the 1st one you knotted just then and make 4 diagonal DHH knots to the left.
Your circle and diagonals should meet at this point and but only the left side knotted together.
8) On the right side, bring the circle down with 4 diagonal DHH knots to the middle.
9) Bring the left side down with 3 diagonal DHH knots the to the middle, knotting the 2 together.
10) On both sides make 5 diagonal DHH knots to the outside. Make sure they are leavel with the center at this point.
11) Back to the center, make 3 diagonal DHH knots to the right. and 4 to the left.
12) back to the outside, make 3 diagonal DHH knots to the right and 4 to the left.
13) Tie 1 DHH knot over the left one you just brough in from the outside to knot them together.
14) Make 3 diagonal DHH knots from the left to the middle and from the right make 4, knotting it together.
15) Now make 1 DHH knot on both sides going to the outside.
16) Now make 4 DHH knots curving to the inside.
17) With the last 4 cords, cross the 2 outside ones and make DHH knots over them with the 2 inside ones. Pull tight.
