Grab your camera and join the dog and I as we take a FIRST LOOK at the NEW North Weald Airfield in the UK by folks at Burning Blue Design. Established in 1916 for the First World War and was a fighter base in WW2 for Hawker Hurricanes. It is now a GA airfield with some non-aviation uses also on the property. Then we head head north to Fowlmere Airfield a FREE airfield from the good folks at Burning Blue Design also. Well crafted is what comes to mind with these two airfields.
