✨ Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
½ cup sugar (powdered)
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
½ cup milk (adjust consistency)
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
Melted chocolate / chocolate syrup for topping 🍫
🧁 Method:
1️⃣ Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
2️⃣ Add milk, oil, and vinegar — whisk to form a smooth batter.
