The main source of estrogen in women is the granulosa cell of the ovaries. 17B-Estradiol produced by the ovaries and it is the chief circulating hormone. Also, sorry for the mistake guys, Its the HDL Receptor that will bring the cholesterol inside the Granulosa and Theca Cell.
