Koji Kondo's miniboss theme will still have to wait, as Big Octo needs a theme unto his own. Welcome to another original composition! I wanted something that imitated the gameplay of this boss (that is, running in circles), so I started with the faint string runs in the background (if you want more on what is going on there, I can tell). One thing I'm incredibly happy with is that I switch to the farthest key from the start (and back) without any strange jerking, and quite naturally. I will admit, this does deviate quite a bit from the original style, but I hope you can agree that it does fit the boss.
