Hi Friends! Today we bring to you another fresh, easy, and tasty recipe ~ Rajma or Kidney Beans Curry
Here are the ingredients required.
1. Rajma (Kidney Beans) ~ 400 gms
2. Oil (Umphniang) ~ 1 Cup
3. Elaichi ~ 2 pieces
4. Clove (Laung) ~ 5 pieces
5. Bay Leaves (Sla Tyrpad) ~ 2 pieces
6. Cumin/Jeera ~ about 1 teaspoon
7. Onion (Piat) ~ 1 piece (Chopped)
8. Asafoetida/Hing powder ~ 2 pinches
9. Ginger Paste (Sying Tylliat) ~ 1 teaspoon
10. Garlic Paste (Rynsun Tylliat) ~ 1 teaspoon
11. Red Chilli Powder ~ 1 and 1/2 teaspoons
12. Coriander (Dhania) Powder ~ 1 and 1/2 teaspoons
13. Cumin (Jeera) Powder ~ 1/2 teaspoon
14. Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasturi Meethi) ~ small amount (Crushed)
(Optional)
15. Tomato Puree (Sohsaw) ~ 1 and 1/4 Cup (About 5 pieces)
16. Garam Masala ~ 1 teaspoon
17. Ghee ~ 2 teaspoons
18. Dried Chilli (Sohmynken tyrkhong) ~ 4 pieces
19. Garlic ~ 5 - 6 cloves (Smashed)
20. Coriander (Dhania) ~ For garnish
21. Salt ~ As per taste.
