Janusz Wawrowski is one of the most outstanding and accomplished violinists of his generation. He has performed in some of the world’s most prestigious concert halls, including the Musikverein in Vienna, Wigmore Hall in London, Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg, Seoul Arts Center, and the National Philharmonic in Warsaw. He records for Warner Classics, and his albums – including Phoenix, nominated for the ICMA, Opus Klassik, and the Polish Fryderyk Award – have garnered critical acclaim and prestigious distinctions. He is a two-time Fryderyk winner (2017, 2019) and the recipient of many other awards. Wawrowski has premiered numerous violin concertos and initiated the reconstruction of Ludomir Różycki’s lost concerto, which vanished during the destruction of Warsaw in the 1944 Uprising. He performs on a 1685 Antonio Stradivari violin.

Aleksandra Świgut is a charismatic pianist and laureate of the 17th International Edvard Grieg Piano Competition in Bergen. She won Second Prize at the International Chopin Competition on Period Instruments in Warsaw, was a semi-finalist of the Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Master Competition in Tel Aviv, and a participant of the 18th International Chopin Competition. She regularly appears at major festivals across Europe and the US, performing with leading orchestras and conductors. Her discography includes three critically acclaimed albums released by Orphèe Classics, The Fryderyk Chopin Institute, and DUX.
