In this video, I finish servicing the interesting Phase Linear 1000 unit. There are 5 boards that make up the autocorrelator noise reduction circuitry: log amp, bandpass 1, bandpass 2, and 2 correlators. I give an overview of each board's circuitry and then perform some basic testing to see how the noise reduction system performs.
