What's it like to fly United Ultra Long Haul? Join me as I review the 787-9 in Premium Plus from Melbourne to San Francisco to Newark. Not the best experience with United, but I knew not to go in expecting too much. The food is seriously dreadful, service and crew aren't much better. The seat and amenities however, are very good which is what really matters on this long hauls. United does charge a significant price premium for this cabin, so I'd hope for the food and service to improve in the near future.
