The beach is very popular, with hundreds of people visiting daily for swimming, camel and horse riding, and vacations.

Marine Life
This beach is known for being a nesting ground of green sea turtle and olive ridley sea turtle during winter months. Due to this, the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) organised a wetland centre on the beach for information regarding turtles.

People use to rent out Karachi Beach Hut. Kiamari or Kemari or Keemari or Kimari is a neighbourhood in Karachi, Pakistan. It was originally an independent settlement that was built on a sandy ridge on the eastern side of Karachi Harbour.

Karachi is the capital of the Pakistani province of Sindh. It is the largest city in Pakistan and seventh largest city proper in the world. Karachi collects more than a third of Pakistan's tax revenue. and generates approximately 20% of Pakistan's GDP. Approximately 30% of Pakistani industrial output is from Karachi, while Karachi's ports handle approximately 95% of Pakistan's foreign trade. Approximately 90% of the multinational corporations operating in Pakistan are headquartered in Karachi. Karachi is considered to be Pakistan's fashion capital, and has hosted the annual Karachi Fashion Week since 2009. Known as the "City of Lights" in the 1960s and 1970s for its vibrant nightlife.

Extremely Severe Cyclonic Storm Tauktae was a powerful tropical cyclone in the Arabian Sea that became the strongest tropical cyclone to make landfall in the Indian state of Gujarat since the 1998 Gujarat cyclone and one of the strongest tropical cyclones to ever affect the west coast of India.
