Loganair Saab340 First flights at Carlisle Lake District Airport

Carlisle Lake District Airport finally opened its doors to the public as Scottish regional carrier Loganair began Saab340 flights from the Cumbrian Airport to London Southend, Dublin and Belfast.
This comes after the initial launch of these flights was due to take place back in Spring 2018. However various issues resulted in the original launch date being postponed till the autumn of 2018, and then again to the middle of 2019.
It is great to finally see scheduled passenger services being operated by Estonian carrier Nyx Air on behalf of Loganair.
