Talofa fam welcome back to another Sunday cooking episode here on our channel. Today is another special Sunday as I attempt to to get the cooking out of the way and as fast as I can so I can make it to church. I started my umu preps at 4.30am in hopes that I could get it all done by 9am. Today's menu was a simple taro and Luau umu and lamb neck soup. We also bought pork ribs and lamb flaps off cuts to roast on the umu. These are very cheap cuts of meat here in Samoa and I wanted to trial it out on the umu and needless to say it was very yummy.
