How to make pickled onions. I make traditional English Pickled Onions. Recipe at end of video. Follow me as I prepare the baby onions, make spiced vinegar (in this video I use malt vinegar but you can use 'white' vinegar or shop-bought ready-spiced pickling vinegar) and pack onions into jars ready for storage for 4-8 weeks before enjoying with cheese and cold meats.
