Welcome back to the grind! 💪 In this workout vlog (#5), I teamed up with Raj and Brandon for a brutal leg day session. We went all in with heavy compound lifts and accessory work to hit every part of the lower body:
🏋️♂️ Squats (barbell back squats on the rack)
🏋️ Deadlifts (barbell)
🦵 Leg Extensions (quads focus)
🛌 Hamstring Curls (lying machine)
🦶 Standing Calf Raises (machine)
🍑 Glute Machine (abductor/adductor for glute strength)
🔥 Ab Workouts (core finishers)
