Hey Gang! In todays video we get A LOT DONE!! First day of true summer are hitting at temps of a hundred degrees so that definitely adds to the challenge. We think it's a good idea to start putting our ZIP system sheathing on now, so that our building gets stronger and stays straight, on our layout! Really excited to be using the ZIP-R with built in insulation, going to help with thermal bridging during the 100 degree summers and freezing winters. Then we tackle our custom flashing detail on the bottom! Let us know what you guys think about what we came up with. It's super fast and economical, we love it. Finish it off with some Lexel and Ziptape and that's a wrap! House is coming along! Thanks for all the love and support, see you on the next one!
