I bought a 1957 Studebaker Golden Hawk and didn't even know it! I have no problem admitting that I know very little about these Hawks, I only just started researching them a few weeks ago when I bought my 1961. I found this one for sale listed as a 1960 Hawk and assumed it had no engine or trans based on the nose high stance and price, I bought it sight unseen for hardware to put my 61 together. When I got there was told it had an engine, but I didn't bother to look at it since I didn't care what was in it. Big surprise when I got home!
