So, What is Return Assurance program?

This program is designed to help you mitigate financial risks from increased customer returns by covering the excess reverse shipping costs allowing you to focus on growing your business without worrying about additional expenses.

How It Works:
1. We will set your customer return percentage based on the previous month.
2. If your customer return rate increases in the current month, Meesho will cover the return shipping cost on excess returns (up to a maximum of ₹130 per order).

Return Coverage Criteria:
Based on your previous month's return percentage, we will cover the incremental reverse shipping fee if your return percentage increases by up to 50% from the last month.

Example:
If your last month’s return rate was 10%, we will cover return shipping fees (up to ₹130 per order) for returns falling within the 10% to 15% range in the current month.
