Trust is a major factor that determines the level of success any leader would hope to achieve. Let’s face it if the team doesn’t trust their leader, then there is no way they will follow him or her, which results in very unsuccessful organization. For this reason, I think it’s important to dig deeper into this “trust thing” as it relates to leadership.
