WannaFlix : VPN to connect to banned websites/apps like Google/WhatsApp/Facebook/Instagram/NetFlix/ChatGpt, etc
Google Translate: Offline Chinese (Simplified) to English and vice-versa downloaded in advance
Baidu Maps : Best for Navigation but everything is in Chinese (Alternative is Apple Maps only for iPhone users)
Meituan or Ele.me: Food delivery app (optional)
Baidu : Chinese Google (optional)

In this video, I take you on a journey through the charming old town of Lijiang in Yunnan province, China. Known for its rich history as part of the ancient Tea Horse Road, Lijiang is a picturesque town filled with winding streets, traditional architecture, and lively markets. I explore the beautiful alleys, shop for some authentic tea, and then visit the stunning Mufu Palace, located at the foot of the majestic Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.

After soaking in the history and beauty of the palace, I head back to my stay—an incredible place for just 75 RMB (INR 900)a night! As the sun sets, I step out to experience Lijiang’s vibrant nightlife, where the streets come alive with music, dancing, and a wide variety of delicious street food. From traditional delicacies to energetic party scenes, the city offers something for everyone.
