I came across this beautiful Desk Top Stereo system however the Stereo innards were junk, well I couldn't just throw that beautiful cabinet away. Looking at the size of the stereo I decided to use a CB Radio that is the right size and is also a great performing radio that I happen to like.
Best of both worlds, a completely self contained CB radio in a dang good looking cabinet.
This was a fun project and I hope it inspires you to assemble one to your liking.


For this project I used the very rare McKINLEY II FCC mobile cb radio and easy to obtain parts from amazon/eBay.
