Making Iranian Cream Bread Like a Pro!

Ingredients:
Pastry flour: 100 grams (one cup)
Liquid oil: 1/4 cup
Water: 240 grams (one full cup)
Eggs: 3 at room temperature
Vanilla: 1 teaspoon
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
Ingredients for pastry cream (if you don't have pastry cream):
Breakfast cream: 200 grams (one packet)
Corn starch: 4 tablespoons
Powdered sugar: half a cup
Vanilla: 1/2 teaspoon
Recipe:
First, pour water into a frying pan and heat it over high heat. Then, add the liquid oil and stir until the water and oil are completely heated. When the sides of the frying pan begin to bubble, add the flour and continue cooking the ingredients over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring until the dough comes together. Open and close the dough in the frying pan with a spoon until the water in the dough evaporates. Then pour the dough into another container and let it cool, then add the eggs one by one and mix, add the baking powder and vanilla, and mix again until a sticky dough is obtained. Then, pour the dough into the funnel and pipe the desired amount of dough into the baking tray or mould that you have previously lined with greaseproof paper. Smooth the top of the piped dough with your fingertips moistened with water and then put it in a hot oven at 220 degrees for 30 minutes until they puff up completely and change colour. (I used an air fryer at 180 degrees for 20 minutes)
After baking, set the breads aside to cool.
How to make the cream:
First, put the breakfast cream in the freezer for 2 hours, then pour it into a container, then add the corn starch, powdered sugar, and vanilla, and mix them together with a high-speed electric mixer until the cream forms (if the surrounding environment is hot, place a bowl full of ice under the cream container and continue stirring with an electric mixer until the cream forms).Then, pour it into the funnel.
Note: For convenience, you can use pastry cream, which does not need any additives.Take the cooled breads, then pierce the bottom and pipe the whipped cream into them with a funnel until the breads are filled with cream.The Iranian cream bread dessert is ready to serve, enjoy.
