Finding Forgotten Ruins and Visiting House on Fire with Rugged Road Explorers - Utah Adventures

Well known House on Fire is surrounded by forgotten ruins. I had the pleasure of getting to explore and find some of these forgotten ruins with Dave from @RuggedRoadExplorers . Beyond the well preserved House on Fire, which was beautiful, we found additional ruined buildings, pottery sherds, and stone tools.
Dave and I connected in the parking lot as I was cooking breakfast, and started talking about his F350 and Northern Lite Camper setup. From there, we discovered we each have YouTube channels, and we were both hiking to House on Fire. So, we decided to go together. Little did I know what a treat I was getting.
Dave was a trove of information - I learned about the indigenous people, their cultures, tools, buildings and ways of life. Not only did we visit the main ruins, but I got to join Dave as he explored for additional ruins. The cross country exploration resulted in plenty of "discoveries". What would have been a beautiful hike to House on Fire turned into an adventure of exploration, discovery and learning.
