How (Not) to Replace Tires on Band Saw (Mostly Unedited Version) - Urethane Tires on Craftsman 12"

The (possibly original) rubber tires on my Craftsman 12" band saw are in bad shape - wandering off the wheel and endangering the new carbide blade. I attempt to replace the old rubber tires with new urethane tires by using various ineffective methods before finding a methodology that worked for me (and can work for you, too).
