Check for these things while shopping for a router


1. Internet Speed and Usage:


What is your internet plan's speed? Most routers advertise their maximum speeds, but you'll only see those speeds if your internet plan supports them. Check your plan's details to see what speeds you're paying for.


How many devices will you be connecting? If you have a lot of devices streaming video, gaming, or downloading files, you'll need a router that can handle the traffic.


2. Wi-Fi Standards:
