#123 We installed a drip irrigation system in our garden using Toro Blue Line hose left on our farm by previous owners. The system is controlled by an Orbit water timer. This is long overdue and alleviates us of time spent watering the garden by hand everyday. It is also far more efficient because it only puts water where is is needed.
We also caught a swarm of bees in one of our DIY swarm traps. We tested the idea that you can move bees more than three feet and less than three miles, by simply putting obstructions in the way of the hive entrance, causing them to reorient to the new location. It worked for the swarm trap we moved and another hive we relocated about twenty yards from it's original location. +AMDG
