New townhome tour in Sacramento, part of my California house tour 2020 for house hunters. This townhome is located in Natomas which is in the northwestern part of Sacramento. Currently listed at $352,000, it has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. This piece of real estate isn't what the majority of house hunters are looking for because of the 2nd bedroom but it is nice for singles, couples, and small families.
