Hi all, I'm sharing my knowledge with you all today.
A customer brought me his SHARP AQUOS TV "LC-60LE650U"
this fix might work for other similar model sets.
It was not turning on at all, just flashing a code of
3 slow and 1 fast flash. After checking and looking on the net, I couldn't find a schematic. But did see quite a few people with the same issue, but no fix. the code seemed to relate to a com error between the TCON board and the CPU. But that wasn't the case here. so I'm sharing my findings with everyone.
Forgive me for flip flopping around trying to explain things on the fly. But i think everyone will still like the info.

Oh, BTW the regulator is a KIA378R12PI ( 12V Regulator with turn on control )
