The first few minuites has a few blur out areas, This is due to there been a young person in the room. I have attempted as much as possible to ensure the face of the young person is not shown in the film and with the movment of the camera in the early section the bulr box got a bit excited at times to match the individuals in the room.
Although legislation allows for the recording. I have attempt to ensure that young persons are not shown and also if a clearly defined public gallery is estblished then the public are not actively shown.
Unfortunatley as this council did not even want public to be present at the meeting then there was no clearly set out public area in the meeting room.
