We have Section 7 of the Constitution, which is very germane to the legitimacy of the existence of any local government administration. That section states that local governments must be democratically elected. In Osun State, the tenures of those local government Chairmen are still in effect and have not expired; however, they were unilaterally dissolved, and this is the main crux of the confusion in this scenario.
