Recipe for cooking dumplings:
-3 cups flour
-1.5 cup water
-1 pound ground meat
-green onion
-4 stalks celery
-sesame oil
-ground ginger
-vegetable oil or olive oil
-soy sauce
-salt & pepper
1. mix 3 cups flour with water and combine until dough forms a ball. wrap in paper towel and set aside
2. chop celery very fine. add salt. set aside
3. combine meat in a bowl with 1/2 cup soy sauce & 1/3 sesame oil
4. add celery and salt
5. stir clockwise until well combined
6. bring 4 cups of water to a boil
7. while boiling, take dough and form into a ball, chop into 3 sections, roll each section into long thin rolls.
8. cut off 2 inches and form into ball. repeat until you finish all dough.
9. flour a cutting board and form balls into flat circles
10. fill circles with a tbsp of meat mixture and seal in dumpling shape
11. place dumplings in boiling water
12. once dumplings float, add 2 cups of water and wait until it boils
13. once it boils again, add 2 more cups.
14. once boils third time, remove dumplings.
add soy sauce and enjoy!
