I went to La Porte City to catch the Fedelcode Model 7 for its noon blast, and it went off as expected, at 12:01. Now, I may have the model number wrong on this siren since this is hard to distinguish from the Model 5.
La Porte City's Model 7 goes off for noon and 6:00 PM blasts.
