The Turkish Doner Kebab originated in Turkey,
especially in the Anatolia region during the 19th
centurv. It was developed into its modern form in
Bursa by iskender Efendi, where meat was
cooked on a vertical rotisserie and sliced thinly.
Although kebab as grilled meat is ancient and
widespread in the Middle East, the "Doner" style
we know today is uniquely Turkish.

-1kg minced meat
-200g minced fat
-1/2 Onion+2 cloves of garlic
-1/2 tsp cumin
-1tsp salt
-1 tsp sweet pepper
-1/2 tsp black pepper
-1/2 cinnamon
-1/2 ginger
2 Tsp parsley
100g Yogurt
yogurt sauce
2 Tsp yogurt
Salt, Pepper
1tsp tahini sauce
lemon juice
2 claves of garlic
