🍌 Chocolate Banana Bread
3 very ripe bananas, mashed
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 large eggs, room temp
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (¾ cup + ¼ cup)
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour

Whisk 5 egg yolks until fluffy
Add: 3/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 cup oil, 3/4 cup OJ,
1 & 3/4 cups flour, 2 tsp baking powder
Beat 8 egg whites to stiff peaks + 1/2 cup sugar
Fold together gently
Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes

2 sticks parve butter
2–3 cups flour
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg yolk
Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes

Mix: 1.5 lbs ground meat, 3/4 cup rinsed raw rice, grated onion, grated green apple, grated tomato,
1/4 cup tomato sauce, 1 tbsp salt
Stuff into grape leaves & cook 2–3 hours
