This is a little stream highlight game from the other day where I really show the strengths of this new rune set up i've been running. i go over it at the start of the video if you want to see but the highlight of this rune page is going relentless hunter, nimbus cloak, and water walking all to help morgana move around the map and be more slippery.
I think this rune page pushed Morgana into a high tier of jungler that can be picked outside of just counters. The build isn't my favorite, but works well when getting fed.
