Ventura County Philatelic Society members, Frosty Godfrey, Erik Thorlaksson, and Craig Casier head down to Buena Park for the day, to the OrcoExpo Stampshow.
If you ever wondered what it’s like to go to one of these big shows, here is your chance to follow Craig around the room and take in the sights and sounds of a large stamp show.
Equipped with Want Lists, Erik and Craig begin to hunt down stamps they wish to acquire, while Frosty heads for the $1.00 covers. Frosty shows that it doesn’t have to be expensive to have fun. See how he spots material based on his many years of postal history knowledge.
Craig looks for used stamps, including Scott # 241 and Erik goes for the Spanish Colonies.
