In this video I bypass the original BiMetallic Strip Instrument Voltage Regulator in my 1960 Ford Falcon with a modern Digital Voltage Instrument Regulator.
Doing this before the originals fail not only will make your gauges more stable but will also eliminate the risk of burning out your gauges if the original regulator fails closed in the 12V position.
