Analysis
By the reference of developer note of GE, She is the first design for PVE character.
1 and 2 skill are suitable to charge the buff to LV3
3, 4 and 5 skill will have a MAX power but buff will decrease.
Except skill 5 for attack 1 target, 2/3/4 have a good damage skill for many target in wide range area.
If player can exchange 1/2 and 3/4/5 skill will be best for the perform.
