DIY Oil change on my Durango SRT 392!!

It was time for an oil change! I bought the Durango back in May of 2019 and when I bought it I negotiated a deal with the dealer to include 12 oil changes for 6 years at a dirt cheap price. However the 6 years are up and Ive used all 12 of my oil changes at the dealer and its now time for me to do my own changes and oil that I want to use. Ive been wanting to switch to Amsoil 0W-40 Signature series for awhile now and now is the time! Im using the WIX oil filter instead of the Amsoil one as I didnt see the need in paying an extra $10 for a filter that I wasnt going to use for its full potential. The WIX filter generally is good for up to 15k miles or 10k under sever service intervals. So since I live in desert Im going to use it for no more than 10k miles. I will be doing frequent oil analysis to see how my oil is doing and progressing. The dealer used Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 0W-40 and I got roughly 4k miles out of that oil before it started showing signs of wearing down and needing to be raplced. Keep in mind that I also run E85 for my fuel and NOT premium unleaded like it comes stock. E85 will break down oil faster so it will be interesting to see how far I can go on this oil instead and see if its worth the extra money for Amsoil! Let me know what you guys think below!
