Yong tau foo is a Hakka cuisine that is consist of a variety of vegetable such as brinjal, bitter gourd, tofu, ladies finger etc stuffed will minced pork and fish paste filling. Justine will be making only stuffed brinjal with homemade sauce. It is absolutely tasty and can be treated as a meal on its own😋. Go on and try it!

材料 Ingredients:
酿茄子 Stuffed brinjal
250g 猪肉碎 250g minced pork
200g 马鲛鱼绞 (巴刹买得到) 200g mackerel fish paste (can buy from market)
1条茄子 1 Brinjal
1小块 梅香咸鱼 (热水烫过,稍微煎煎)1 piece of salted fish (rinsed with hot water and fried)
半条红辣椒(切碎) Half red chilli (diced)
5-6瓣蒜米5-6 cloves of minced garlic
胡椒粉 Pepper
1汤匙蚝油1 tbsp oyster sauce
1茶匙麻油1 tsp sesame oil
2汤匙木薯粉 2 tbsp tapioca starch
酱汁 Sauce:
蒜米 garlic
1茶匙豆瓣酱 1 tsp minced taucu (soybean paste)
水 water
1茶匙蚝油 1 tsp oyster sauce
半茶匙糖 half tsp sugar
少许酱油 a little soy sauce
少许甜酱油 a little sweet soy sauce
薯粉勾芡 velvet with (tapioca starch + water)
