It's been nearly 2 years since I visited the Palestinian Mission in London where the police, when they arrived, seriously crossed the line.

I can't stress enough just how long and drawn out the complaints, and civil claim process is. As such it is just getting to the point where my solicitor is preparing for us to go to trial.
The Met Police have failed to accept liability or accepts our offers of settlement, which means, for the time being, we will have our day in court.
I hope this update gives you some insight as to what happens behind the scenes when the camera stops rolling. And also, just how long it takes to have any meaningful action taken.
