Here is a dance I did after a prayer walk near the lake. The sunrise was stunning! I've always loved sunrises - it's my favorite time of the day to talk to God & wait expectantly and be renewed and strengthened. I heard preaching once, that speaking to your soul is one way to be strengthened, but do not live in it ( instead live in the Spirit) - when your soul feels weak remind your soul about the promises of God, speak to your soul with the Word of God and don't let your soul speak to you. King David was speaking to his soul in Psalm 103 and the atmosphere of his spirit shifted from despair to strength. When you feel down, speak to your soul, read aloud Psalm 103 and Psalm 43:5 to your soul - Why my soul are you downcast, why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise Him, my Savior, and my God! Be encouraged and blessed by this dance! 🥰 God be praised!
