Nice high rise special conception Schindler POP-OUT elevator!

Hello, For this new video, I invite you to discover a rather unusual elevator.
I present here a Schindler POP-OUT elevator from the early 1960s.
It has the particularity of having a car with two exits offset 180°, which is very rare.
Despite its average height, it only operates at a speed of 1 m/s due to the fact that its geared motor winch was replaced. In fact, in 2011, its original motor caught fire for an unexplained reason and simply could not be repaired according to the elevator's technical specifications. The choice to keep it despite this technical problem and to replace only the part actually affected is also rather rare, as it is often more common to completely replace the elevator, especially after a fire.
Probably, the price of a replacement was more expensive and the owner did not intend to replace it at the time.

Everything else is still original, and it still functions with relay controls and its very large rotary floor selector.
