Fruit Dip
Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese softened
7 ounces marshmallow cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Beat cream cheese with a hand mixer or stand mixer until smooth.
Add vanilla and mix well.
Chill 1 hour in the refrigerator or until ready to use.
Serve with fresh fruit; pineapple, strawberries and grapes.
BBQ Chinese Ribs

BBQ ribs:
one rack of ribs cut into individual ribs
-1/2 cup hoisin sauce
-1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
-2 tablespoons honey
-1 tablespoon 5 spice
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
-1 teaspoon red food coloring
place ribs in food saver bag. Mix remainder ingredients in bowl and reserved 1/2 cup of sauce for basting ribs later. Pour remaining sauce over ribs. Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours and up to overnight. Place ribs on foil line sheet tray, and then cover ribs with an additional piece of foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Then place ribs on hot grill and baste with reserved sauce. cook on grill until the ribs are glazed with the sauce.
