Mandazi are what one may call the East African donuts. Enjoy Mandazi with a cup of tea at any time of the day and it will feel like you are in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda or Burundi. Happy cooking!!!!
**INGREDIENTS**
All-purpose flour - 4 cups
Sugar - 4 table spoons
Baking powder - 4 teaspoons
Cardamom- 1 teaspoon
Margarine- 3 tablespoon
Eggs - 2
Milk - 1 cup
Vegetable oil
Toppings (optional)
Powdered sugar
chocolate syrup
Serves about 10 plates
