In December 2011, 109 dogs and puppies made the long journey from Arkansas to the Washington Animal Rescue League (WARL). They has been rescued by the ASPCA from a typically horrendous puppy mill. This is their "rescue, rehab, rehome" story. Arriving at WARL in Washington, DC meant happy endings for these deserving dogs - and for one in particular named Chloe.
