In this video I review my hopes, dreams and aspirations for the end of my 20s and my progress and how I did on each of them so far. I love to achieve things, especially my own goals, and nothing builds self trust more than keeping commitments to yourself.
As I embark on my 30s I feel grateful to have made it this far. Thirty used to be the entire life span of early humans. Aging is a privilege.
I encourage you to set your own goals, especially arbitrary ones that are just for fun. Time will pass anyway!
