VINTAGE ATLANTA GA. Fort McPherson WW2 Station Hospital/Four Seasons PX Annex.
I strongly urge all senior Atlanta natives to pass on to others your firsthand knowledge of places that no longer exist in and around the Atlanta area, especially downtown Atlanta. Buildings and structures that have been demolished and replaced. 1940s - 50s - 60s. Tell others while you can, an oral history. Be as specific and detailed as possible. Write down your thoughts or put them together on a video. Don’t concern yourself with how well the videos look, no need for expensive software. I put together a few videos of places I remember, the quality of the videos are ok at best , but their purpose is to pass along knowledge of places I remember as a child while growing up in Atlanta. Just do it! And do it today! If we senior Atlanta natives don’t do it, who will? Again, we have firsthand knowledge, not internet research of places that are now gone with the wind. Get off your lazy butt and do it now while it's on your mind! :)
