Yo what is up my Nakama!? I hope all you premeds and first year medical students are staying strong and motivated out there. I know this can be a difficult time but if you have a goal in mind stay consistent, keep studying, and give it your best. Anyways aside from a little motivation haha here is a video of what I consider were the best five resources that I use currently and during my past first year of medical school.
