Sandals Grande and Halcyon resorts - snorkeling right off the beach. The Grande has way more coral and fish life - and the Halcyon has the beautiful rat beach roughly 900 feet of the beech. You are not allowed to go on the island, but the best snorkeling was on the protected south end. Also the Halcyon you can kayak or paddle board to a few better locations but I did not have the chance.
