Last Minute Cleopatra Halloween Makeup & DIY Costume | Cruelty-Free

So here is my super last minute, DIY Cleopatra inspired makeup, hair, and costume for Halloween! In this video I show how to get a dramatic blue glitter eye look, flawless and sculpted skin, and gold glitter lips. I wanted to go all out with the makeup, because makeup is the key to nailing the Cleopatra look. You can fake a costume by wearing a long, flowy white dress, just a gold strapless or off the shoulder dress, or even a gold bikini top and long flowing skirt. I think Cleopatra is the easiest to pull off and you can nail the look with layering gold necklaces and jewelry. As always, all products are cruelty free and/or vegan! Hope you guys like it!
